Our guest speaker will be Elisa Dawson, who has served as staff for the Snohomish County Marine Program since 2016. Elisa will talk about the The Marine Resource Committee, which implements restoration, conservation, and education projects. Those focus on habitat, marine life, water quality, science and outreach.
